Sawatdee Ka! (Hello!) My name is ‘Pare’ I run Pristine Property Co., Ltd. a small real estate & property consultancy business based here in Ao Nang, Krabi in the south of Thailand.

Last week I took a trip to meet the owner of a beautiful piece of land by the beach on an island 30 minutes from Phuket. This is perfect for a luxury resort and the neighbour is one of the most expensive and exclusive resorts in Thailand. 7 Rai of beachfront for only 38.5 Million baht. More photos

Also on the same island you could buy this small resort for only 8.5 million baht which is avery good deal as it has amost 30 rooms but the Thai owner now has to stay in Bangkok and so wants to sell cheaply to someone who can take over the business.

Now not many people have money to buy houses here but if you want to live here and spend a smaller amount of money and also be sure that you own your property Freehold, in your name, then you should see these new condominiums.
